1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this SaaS platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the platform for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or yearly). Billing cycles are set based on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing.
At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
6. Data Retention & Receipt Records
BillEase stores all bill records, receipts, and customer data for the lifetime of your account. Even if a bill or receipt is soft-deleted, it remains in our secure archives for dispute resolution and audit purposes. You can request data export at any time through your account settings.
Receipt records are never permanently deleted and are always retrievable for reprinting or verification.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Transmitting malware or malicious code
- Engaging in fraudulent activities
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our service. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our company or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
